Emily - Hi Kyle, I need some of my artwork printed for the show tomorrow, as posters but a4 sized. Would you be able to do this tomorrow for me? I’m not sure which paper or how many to get though…
Kyle - Hi Emily, this shouldn't be an issue, for posters I have specific paper that would work well. How many do you reckon you might need?
Emily Collings - Great thanks, I don’t know, it’s to sell for fundraising on the hair and beauty stalls. Any suggestions?
Kyle - Ah right, I’m not too sure to be honest, perhaps 20-30?
Emily - How much are they each?
Kyle Smith - If they don't require a border, I can set up two on an A3 sheet which would be 32p per sheet. If you would like a border, they would be 15p each
Emily Collings - I would like a border I think please. So, I will come to you first thing tomorrow, and decide what to print tonight. Thanks for your help
Do you happen to have a paper that is more matte than silk?

Kyle Smith - Yes, we have a few different matte options to choose from, I’m around until 11am this morning to discuss further but if not I’m around this afternoon
Emily Collings - I will be over late morning, I have some stuff to do first, I need them for 4.30pm is that enough time? I can email you the images
Kyle Smith - Not a problem, that should be plenty of time. I shouldn't have too many prints to do on the colour printer today
Emily Collings - these ones will need a border please and these ones will not need a border. I’ll come down to speak to you now if you want?
Kyle Smith - Thanks Emily, no worries. If you're able to pop down that would be great, just to confirm how many you want and what paper type to use.
Emily Collings - Hi again. Are you able to print stickers? I need to print my logo to put on the back of the prints if possible
Kyle Smith - Hi, I currently have some address labels that could work as stickers?
Emily Collings - Yes, that would be fine! I will send over the logo asap
Kyle Smith - Ok great, the rest of the prints are printing at the moment

Emily Collings - please can we print these as well. I think we need it on card but not nice card, normal is fine

Kyle Smith - Hi Emily, No worries. I will hopefully be able to see to this either tomorrow or Wednesday as I am in the middle of a big rush printing content in time for the Ofsted visit starting tomorrow
Kyle Smith - You are more than welcome to have it added to the screens, would it be possible to have a landscape version of the poster created for them with the ideal dimensions of 1080 x 1920 pixels?

Kyle Smith - Yes, not a problem, oh and it is on my list of bits to add to the screens so that will be going up today at some point. The posters will be ready to collect this afternoon

Emily Collings - The a1 are yes. The a3 posters are of my artwork
Kyle Smith - Ok, no worries. Could you possibly re-attach your artwork, just to check which ones they are
Emily Collings - Yes, I will do. How is the new version for the college coming along?
Kyle Smith - Great, thanks! Oh, and the new version won't be too different as I don't have access to the original artwork so it will just have the college/university logos added along the bottom.
Emily Collings - thanks, kyle, do we need to put them up or can the college do it for us?
Kyle Smith - I can ask the Marketing team to help with those

Emily Collings - sorry I wasn’t very clear, great thanks Kyle. these are my 7 artworks for the exhibition, can we print them high quality, A3 size, thick paper or thin card I don't mind as they are going in frames. they are CMYK colour profile if that helps. could we print one to see if it prints the colours properly first, please?

Emily Collings - Morning Kyle, I need one print on a3 asap this morning please. We are off to our exhibition set up at 10, I think. I will send it to you as soon as I get to college in about 20 mins. Thanks Kyle, sorry to be a pain.
